Beyond AXS is a community initiative that works with local organizations, artists and venues to expand access to arts, culture and live events.

Through tickets, transportation, workshops, backstage experiences and career pathways, it creates more ways to take part – as audience members, creators and future industry professionals.

Our mission is to connect communities through culture and live experiences, supporting the people and ideas that make access, opportunity and belonging possible.

It starts in Denver.

With Denver Arts & Venues and community partners, Beyond AXS helps more residents take part in the city’s cultural life – and, for some, see a future in it.

A youth wellness program for ViVe Wellness summer campers combining yoga, music and social connection, culminating in Yoga on the Rocks.

Enhanced evening of the family-friendly Film on the Rocks series featuring a curated youth-focused creative learning experience and a pre-show program connecting participants to film, music and storytelling.

Before Big Gigantic’s Red Rocks show on September 26, local high school students join the hometown duo for a recording workshop exploring music production, creative expression and career paths.

Created with Music Therapy Retreats, this pilot brings veterans, licensed therapists and songwriters together, culminating in a community showcase at a Denver Arts & Venues space.

SnowShape at Red Rocks brings BIPOC community members together for a shared experience centered on movement, connection, and community. The experience serves as the first step in a broader pathway designed to expand access and create a greater sense of belonging within outdoor recreation.

Beyond AXS grows through partnerships with nonprofits, artists, venues and local leaders who help identify where access and connection can make a difference.
